We completed a 12,000 sqm office renovation project in Jakarta in 2023 on design and construct package with PT Profindo as main contractor, overcoming significant challenges including adhering to strict design guidelines monitored by the client’s Singapore office, addressing the constraints of a low ceiling height, and delivering the project within an exceptionally short timeline. This achievement reflects our expertise in efficient design development, seamless collaboration across regions, and precise execution under demanding conditions.
