We successfully completed JTI office renovation in 2022, the project was developed and constructed during pandemic period, we collaborated with PT KCMM as Contractor on a design and build package. This project exemplified our ability to adapt to new ways of working, integrating agile workspace solutions and hybrid work models to meet the client’s evolving needs.

The pandemic presented unique challenges in design development and construction execution. Limited in-person interactions required innovative use of virtual collaboration tools for client consultations, design reviews, and project coordination. Despite these constraints, we maintained seamless communication with all stakeholders.

On-site restrictions and health protocols added layers of complexity to construction. By partnering with a capable contractor experienced in managing pandemic-related challenges, we ensured strict adherence to safety measures while maintaining the project timeline and quality.

This project reflects our commitment to resilience, innovation, and collaboration, setting a benchmark for delivering exceptional workspace solutions even in unprecedented circumstances.
