BRI Manajemen Investasi (BRI-MI) office renovation in Jakarta. This ambitious project transformed a 2000 sqm space into a dynamic, modern, and elegantly designed headquarters that perfectly balances global business sophistication with the rich cultural tapestry of Indonesia.

Our design concept for BRI-MI was defined by "Modern Elegance." We aimed to create a world-class environment that reflects the prestige of the institution while fostering an atmosphere of productivity and well-being.
A core component of the design was the subtle yet impactful integration of local cultural elements. This involved careful selection of textures, patterns, and art inspired by Indonesian heritage, giving the corporate space a unique and grounded identity that honours its location in the archipelago. Key Design Features Open Concept Working Area: We implemented a bright and spacious open-plan layout to encourage transparency, communication, and a strong sense of community among the teams.

This contemporary approach maximizes natural light and optimizes flow across the floorplate. Abundant Collaboration Spaces: Recognizing the shift towards interactive work, we strategically integrated numerous areas dedicated to teamwork. These spaces—ranging from casual breakout lounges to semi-private zones—are designed to spark creativity and facilitate impromptu meetings.

Diverse Private Facilities: To support focused work and confidential conversations within the open environment, the design includes: design includes: Multiple Phone Booths: Providing employees with convenient, soundproof pods for private calls or deep focus work.
Varying Meeting Rooms: A comprehensive suite of meeting rooms, from small huddle rooms to large boardrooms, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
